What kind of oil?

What kind of oil is the best for Mercury Mariner 2007, V6? Should I use regular or syntetic?

Re: What kind of oil?

On the V-6 the oil plug is at the back side on the bottom of the oil pan. It is a 15mm bolt. The oil filter is at the front side of the engine about 4 inches up from the oil pan. 5 quarts of oil usually puts it in the middle of the good range for the dipstick.
