Ground Effects , a do or dont .
I have a 95 civic Coupe , and i was wondering if i should just get anew front bumper ( street fighter 2) , im wondering how would i look wit out side skirts , and if its a good idea .

Honestly - I hate looking at cars with just front custom bumpers... looks so incomplete you know? But do what you wish... just dont get mad when people point and laugh

look at j. fuggi's civic. hes got a 5th gen like you. he only has a skirt and his car is beautiful! kits are played out IMO. skirts are way cleaner, lighter, and cheaper. i personally am getting a mugen lip for my 97 civic.
