90 GMC Sierra running hot

My 90 GMC Sierra 350 is running hot. It jumps to 210 and keeps increasing. I can drive it for a while but it slowly climbs. When the truck shifts to OD anytime I press the gas and place a load on the engine I get a vibration or shudder. but the shudder only happens once Im in OD and once the truck has warmed up. It doesnt shudder when its cold. I was thinking that I may have a bad head gasket but I did a compression check and all of my cylinders are right at 180. No water in my oil or bubbles. It seems the shudder may be related to the high temp. Ive replaced the tstat, dist, rotor, egr, idle control, 02 sensor, I did notice a small amount of water on top of my intake manifold in the rear, any suggestions?
