Brake Pads Ford Taurus 2004
Hi, I am planning to change the brake pads for my Ford Taurus this weekend. Given that the brakes are an important part of the vehicle is it recommended that I do it or have it done by a pro! it is not the money saving factor here, but the personal satisfaction of doing things yourself which I am looking forward to.
I have seen some videos on line on "How To" and do feel confident to carry out the job. Any comments, aggreement / disagreement, should I ? Shouldn't I? Thanks for your time. |

Re: Brake Pads Ford Taurus 2004
Only you can decide whether you are capable of doing the brakes!
![]() What is your mechanical ability/background? What tools do you have? Changing the brake pads is, IMHO, one of the easier maintenance items. I can send you a PDF file of the maintenance manual procedures if you need it. -Bob |
