Lowering Car

Ok i decided to keep my stock rim on my neon which are 15's

heres the thing should i Lower the car to make the tires come up more snug to the fender or should i put the body kit on and lower it bc i dont want to scrape but i want the rims to come up like an inch Does any one understand what im saying here lol ??

Using a body kit would get you the desired look without modifying the suspension and would not change the ride quality of the vehicle . I think that would be the way to go . Lowered cars generally ride terribly and in some cases are unsafe !
