03 altima help with bose changer

I have a 2003 nissan altima it has the bose system with the cd changer in the dash. worked great no problem i went to put a cd in and it got stuck it wont eject and i know get a (error 3 code). i dissconnected the battery and hoped that it would reset but no luck. When you turn the key off you can hear it trying to switch same with the key on as well. However know it wont even bring up the cd functions when i hit the button. I cant afford to send it in any ideas or help.. thanks guys
