Well after much searching I found the Remote Keyless Module in my car. It is located in the trunk on the drivers side attached to the fender well.

caryabhi126, The module is located in the trunk drivers side. Pull back the liner in the trunk on the drivers side and it is attached to the back of the fender tub. Atleast that is where is was in my 96 Sunfire GT.
