So I am looking to strap on a Garett t3 turbo, (maybe) from what I here that is one reputable company,.... And plus I here there are easily instalable to Civic's,.... My question is, If I am running headers, and a Bored out pipe-exhaust, how am I going to run a turbo on the headers,.... There is Going to Have to be some CUSTAMIZATION HUH ????? I saw on ebay a custom manifold with the holes for the turbo to bolt/weld,.... But since I just got my NEW headers I didn't want to go Riping into the manifold just yet,...... Is there any other way to get around this problem??? :help:

No, sorry, no way around it. You can't run typical headers with a turbo, you MUST run a turbo manifold. There's really no other way to route the exhaust gasses through the turbo effectively. I've seen a turbo Camaro with the turbo bolted onto the end of the y-pipe(headers) but it was VERY custom, and in my opinion not at all worth the trouble. Your best bet is to buy the new manifold and then try to sell your old headers on ebay or something, that's really the only way you'll get some return on 'em. Garrett turbo's are good quality and they're a reputable company, but there's nothing easy about installing a turbo on a car. It's not necessarily difficult mechanically speaking, but all of the things that go along with it, ie. fuel system, ignition timing, comp. programming, etc., make it fairly difficult for most people to take on. But good luck either way!
