how dumb can GM be

why would they put the PCM right by or im sorry in the front fender where water can get in and f@#k up everything and the bulbs for the headlights are feel fun to get it takes longer to move everything than it does to change them SORRY HAD TO VENT

The PCM is mounted where it is to keep it cool. The headlight assemblies on a 97-03 model GP's are held in by (2) 10mm headed bolts that are right on top. It's a less than 5 minute total job to change them.

HA HA, actually where the PCM is, I've never had any issues with it, and never head of any issues. (only time I've heard of an issue is when the wires were streched after and aftermarket PCM tray was installed)

I thought it was mounted in the waterproof airbox.

At least mine used to be. The CAI changed all that. Who gets the demerits this time?
