RT AWD TT Transmission: To Rebuild or Not to Rebuild?

Ok guys:

I have a 1991 Stealth R/T , AWD TT with 5spd transmission.....

Rebuild or Replace?

The casing seems to be good but I hear alot of horror stories about rebuilding the trans on this particular car. Everyone I know here says to get a new one.

What do y'all think?
