Power Steering High Pressure Hose - O Ring?

I recently replaced a power steering pump on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee, and I have had terrible leaking from the high pressure hose right at the top of the nut that connects to the pump. I was looking through the box that came with the new pump and found a baggy with a small O-Ring in it..Is this ring probaly for the high pressure hose?? TIA - Preston

yes - for the high pressure hose, there are two o-rings that need to be installed at each end. The little baggy should show you where they go
