Hmm strange, it did not do the problem today and yesterday evening. Now when I stop it start from first gear no problem... Do you think it was "tight" since it was rebuilded and maybe everything ok now or I should have him check it out even if it seem ok now?

Try it and see what happens. Those governors can be touchy. Maybe a burr on a valve or in the bore were the valve rides. You should at least talk to him and explain what happened and see what he has to say.
