2001 Chrysler Concorde Amp swap

Hi, I recently purchased a 2001 Concorde LXI. Someone posted on another site that LXI automatically comes installed with the infinity sound system so I assumed this was what I was getting. I have since found that there is a "premium sound" system that is standard (comes with an amp) and that the Infinity is optional (also has an amp). My car has the standard premium sound system. How tough, or complicated would it be to, after buying all the infinity components, swapping them for what I now have? Where is the amplifier located? If I get the infinity amp, will the wiring from the previous amp match? And the speakers, would I be able to just replace the inferior with the infinity using what is already there, wire-wise? I like the sound from the infinity system as this is what I had in my 97 Sebring. This system I have in the concorde just doesn't cut it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
