96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Throttle Cable Question.
I let a family member drive my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got it back the gas pedal was about two inches lower than it should have been. I looked under the dash and put the pedal back in the location it should be in. There is about an inch gap from the top of the gas lever to the stop that is located at the end of the throttle cable. Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a spacer there or is the cable stop supposed to be further up the cable and it slipped or what?
