Remote Start Question

About two years ago I had the dealer install a remote start in my 2005 Accord EX. They installed a Command Start system. Recently, the car will flash the lights and crank as usual, but the car will not start. Its like the key is bad. So my question is, where is the Valet key they used when they installed the system?? Is it inside that main black box under the dash, or is it somewhere else. I can see the black box under the dash, its about 5" X 6" and into it plugs a larger harness part of which goes someplace under the hood, and a smaller connection goes to the antenna thingy. Is there another component? If so, where would that be located. I'm mainly interested in where the Valet key is. I think if I remove it, clean the key and maybe any contacts, and reinstall the key that it would do the trick. Cannot find ANY detailed installation instructions on any of these systems to find out what I need to know. Appreciate the help and photos would be awesome too.
