96 gmc jimmy no start

I just installed a new fuel tank and pump in my 96 jimmy 4dr 4wd and it will not start. it just cranks and will not fire.I tryed throttle body cleaner to see if that would start it but it did not. Any simple things that I can do to check?I dont have any pressure gauges to check fuel pressure. I can hear the pump run when the key is on.Help.

Was it running before?

Did you add gas?

You need to rent borrow or by a fuel pressure gauge.
4.3 V6?
If so.
You need 65 lbs of fuel pressure for a cold start.
