ABS and Brake light on over 60MPH
I recently purchased a 2001 Ram 1500 and when I get above 60MPH the ABS and Brake lights come on. When I restart the vehicle it goes off. I can drive all I want under 60 MPH and no problems and the braking appears to be fine. Is this something to be concerned about and how would I fix it or what should I check? Thanks in advance--Jason

Re: ABS and Brake light on over 60MPH
Most times when the two lights come on together it is the speed sensor in the rear diff. I don't know of anyway to check if its bad or not but it is easy to change yourself and the part should only be about $40-50 at your local parts store or dealer.
