Anyone???
Can anyone give me some more info about my wife's new car?
It's a 1994 Pajero Mini 4 cyl 660CC turbo 4WD 5 speed I haven't found shit for info on these cars anywhere on the internet. Does anyone else in the world own one of these little cute jeep wannabes?

Re: Anyone???
660cc? I saw one last night for the first time. I think it was a 1100. It was called a Pajero Junior though.
I don't know much about Pajeros but know that any Spanish dictionary will tell you that Mitsubishi should have done more research before naming it. I bet they don't sell many in Spanish speaking countries. eg: http://forums.iagora.com/posts.html::message_id=82786 |

Re: Anyone???
I am afraid that I have the same problem. I love this car, its economical (660cc)and a beauty but there are hardly any dealers that could give me a shops or parts manual.....I am just struggling to find the basic parts if I need to ever overhaul??? Have looked up Japanese sites but no luck. Help on this would be great.

..but still I've too heard that Pajero means something really nasty in some language don't know if it's spanish or some other language... and that was the reason they call it Montero or Shogun in some markets
(come to think of it they sell as Shogun in the UK where surely Pajero doesn't mean anything..does it? )

Hey fella's
Well I have one too, and i have found out a lot about these little 4X4's for a start they are a Japanese K class car, under 660 cc and you can do anything to the engine, this is for urban congestion in large Japanese cities.THAT' WHY IT'S A TURBO! Mine has been gas converted as well which gives extremely good fuel economy. Right about the car, The engine is a Nippon Denso engine as used in a lot of the K class cars, the only UK car that has it is the Suzuki Cappucino. I had a lot of trouble getting tyres 175 80 15 don't exist in the UK so i bought some wider wheels and lower profile tyres, I got the wheels off Ebay, they were off a Ford Probe I have the offsets and stuff if anyone wants them. Parts are not a problem, give Norjac Mitsubishi in Carnforth a call, they can get hold of anything that it left the factory with (except tyres!). I have other bits of info as well if anyone wants it. Anyway i'm offski now! Cheers. |

Re: Anyone???
I am new to AutoForum and perhaps this isn't normally visited by Aussies. Does anyone have a pic of a Pajero Mini? I own a 99 Pajero and have never heard of it.
Cheers |
