Anybody know of any recalls for 02 GT?

I am wondering about any recalls on a 2002 GT in regards to the breaking system. It seems that I got something a while back from Pontiac talking about some portion of the breaking system making a lot of noise when the brake pedal was pressed (nothing to do with the rotors/pads). Anybody know of anything like that and how I can go about getting it serviced for free? Thanks

I don't recall a recall for the brake system. You can always check the national traffic safety website.. they list any and all recalls for the car. More then likely their is a service bulletin out for the noise which just tells the mechanic what to look out for when a customer has an issue and what to do to repair if any is possible. Otherwise i don't see any free fixes, sorry.
