Heat & Ac air flow trouble

Hello, My 99 GMC Sierra z71 hardly has any air flow anywhere except the center vent by the stereo. On defrost it blows to the middle. The AIr does get cool and the heat seems to heat up but just no air coming out. With the heat on the dash will also be a little warmer. Nothing is laeking on the floor. Low blows like low should and high blows high, just seems like something is blocking the air flow or restricting it severly. Thanks and have a great day.
