fuel rail big problem please help

Hello everyone, I have big big problem, 3.1 98 GA.

installed fuel rail and as soon as I start the engine I see fuel comming out, at first I was thinking that O ring on cylinder #2 is leaking. Took everything off for the second time replaced the injector and new O ring, installed everything back again started and again I sow a lot of fuel acumulating around the cylinder #2 so I was like WTF. Again took off everything again and noticed that the problem was not with injector it was the bridging fuel line that bridges two injector rails, the O ring on that line was blown out because of the pressure. Happy to finally find the problem got another fuel rail installed everything back again started the car and agian heard a pop and again fuel there. Again the O ring on the second injector rail is blown out what should I do people please help ......... I am waiting for your responses I do not want to put everything on and off for the 4th time in the sam day.

Re: fuel rail big problem please help

When putting on the new "O" ring you have to lubricate it generously with oil. Don't worry about there being too much on it. If you don't they will tend to blow out almost everytime.
