i am looking to do a little work to "beautify" my 99 wrangler, and here's what i was gonna do:

rhinoline the flares and bumpers do you think this would be a good way to make it "pretty"?

really i jus wanna make the flares all match, and like the idea of textured flares. obviously i'm gonna check for cracks and seal them on the flares, and also rerustproof the bumpers(i have the flat oem bars for bumpers, not the cool rods i see on every other jeep).

also i'm going to repaint the mirrors, and i was thinking of maybe rhinolining the hood hinges, as they are all paint chipped and sickly looking. let me know what you guys think and also if you have any other ideas to help me make this my masterpiece

p.s. CHROME BELONGS ON A HOT ROD, NOT A DIRT SLINGER!!
