2001 CR-V Exhaust Manifold

I need to replace the oil pan gasket and I would like to know when seperating the exhaust manifold from the pipe in the event the studs should break,are the studs pressed in, or will they come out rather easy as there is know bolt head on these just a flat head surface and can they be purchased at a dealer.
