Torque Clutch

Does anyone know what a torque clutch will cost me in Georgia at retail price? I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 4WD.

***Causing family fight. I say not worth it to fix on a car worth only $800. I could be wrong though.
