Hey guys... (new member)

Just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and have already learned tons of info. I've been into 1/24 models for about a year ever since I built my Revel ITR. I've got a small "garage" so far but I'm constantly working on it. So far: Revel ITR, Tamiya Supra and WRX, Fujimi Mugen ITR, Spoon CTR and Silvia S15, Aoshima CWest RX7 and I'm currently building a Hasegawa EG civic. I'll post some pics up soon when I borrow my friends digital camera! Some of you guys do some very amazing and inspiring work! I've got much to learn from you all. Later guys!

Matt

Welcome to AF! Where ya from?

On your Mugen ITR, did you follow the directions and put the Mugen bumper over the stock one, or did you cut off the original?

Can't wait to see your CTR and C-West FD!

On the Mugen ITR, I opted to not put the Mugen bumper on at all. I didn't like the look of it as much I as did the stock bumper with the stock lip painted black. I think it would probably look better with the stock bumper cut off and replaced with the Mugen but I didn't wanna screw up and ruin the kit. I still have to learn more about body kit cutting/sanding/molding before I start hacking stuff up. I'm thinking of buying the Revel ITR again now that I've done a few other models and practing some custom stuff on that. It's only $10.97 at WalMart so even if I f* it up it's no big deal.

I hate to say it but some of your all's models are so good I'm almost embarrassed to post mine.

Here's a very low res pic of all my models lined up (including 2 diecasts on the end (black Skyline and white ITR). The red Mugen ITR needs to desperately be lowered but I didn't know about any of the techniques until I found this board.

Here's my most recent and favorite one to date:

Here's the album for the rest of my model pics. Let me know your HONEST opinions please! I'm always open for learning how to do my models better. Thanks guys!
