Question Level of 08 Impala

My son just purchased an 08 Impala LS and I question why is the rear so high? It has the 3.5 v6 and the wheel and interior package ect,I have noticed other models with not as much height,is this done purposely or is there some other reason.

No they are all high in the back, right from 2000-2009,only reason some may look lower to you is because they have a full tank of gas and or a heavy load in the trunk or passengers in the rear

Re: Level of 08 Impala

I've also found they start to sag after a good amount of millage under light loads, after ~60,000 miles mine actually looks pretty sweet in the rear end.
