'01 T&C Android?? No fuse box??

In trying to test for an amp draw at rest, my Haynes manual said that the interior fuses are located under the left side of the dash at the junction box. I removed the lower steering column cover and the knee reinforcement, and see NO fuse box (at least the type I've typically seen in other cars). What I DO see is a white box attached at the firewall with 4 screws and has 5 harnesses attached vertically. It has a label attached with a Module S/N and a DaimlerChrysler P/N P04686921AH. Is this the BCM (Body Control Module)? And if so, where are the fuses that I can pull and check for an amp draw? There is NO visible fuses to be seen under the left dash from the center console to the driver's kick panel.

I'm stumped!! Anyone know where they might be? Or even if they exist? I've never seen a vehicle that didn't have a fuse panel under the dash.
