Sure looks like #068. In fact, I seem to recall those floormats being attached to that car in some later photos taken after my encounter with the car.

The description would certainly match too:

Later than #065 = check

Full EPA OBD-II cert = check

Never been titled = check

Good to see that Richard got some use out of it. Hopefully he gets some return on his investment as well.

I doubt the car will be headed there Patrick, but I will try to find out. This is probably one of just a few (if not the only) post-1996 F1 that actually has legit EPA approval and would be allowed in the USA, so I suspect the car won't make it off the continent before a buyer is found here. Someone should be contacting the losing bidder of #065 about this opportunity though.

Mr Selldorff was the previous owner of chassis #068. He owned it from at least May of 2000 until about August of 2005 when he sold it to its current owner.
