Hey guys, i just got a new"isH' focus today from my sister...
Its a really nice car and in GREAT shape, but i do have ONE problem with it.. When im slowing down, it kinda feels like my tires become ovals instead of circles when im pushing the breaks....when i put preasure on the breaks i can feel the brake peddel kinda going back and forth like poping and the car will slow down, then slow down a bit more, then slow down, kinda like the tires are ovals no circles lol Anybody wana help me out, id be more than thankfull.... |

The brake rotors are warped - not a particularly dangerous problem, would cost maybe $100-$150 to have fixed.

if its not your brakes causing it go have your tires rotated and balanced. and be sure to check the condition of the tires for bald patches or unusual wear if they are quite worn (wear markers level with the tread) replace the tires.

Rotors may be warped from uneven torque on the lug nuts. Loosen and tighten the nuts to 100 lbs./ft. in a criss cross fashion with a torque wrench.
