Didn't we also conclude that the lighting setup as installed from the factory had to be designated for LHD/RHD countries?

We certainly came to that conclusion for the placement of the rear fog lamp. One would assume that they would also want to aim the headlights appropriately based on which side oncoming traffic is approaching from.
