2001 Rouch Idle and dies at low RPM.
I am trying to get this van ready to sell and I need some major help. The van runs rough in low RPM. It blows black smoke. I have changed the plugs and wires, front O2 sensor, EGR, Coil packs, TPS and NONE OF THESE HAVE HELPED!!! Any idea what the heck else could be wrong and what else I shouldl change?

clean the iac its above the tps .black smoke means its running rich. does the black smoke continue at highway speed? clean the throttle plate
