Removing Fenders

I went looking at my car today to see how to remove the fenders. Does anyone have any photos that I can follow? Or can you tell me where the bolts are?

It's a 97 LS.

I'm planning on getting some fiberglass ones. Is there anything I have to look for before I start doing this?

Thanks again

Re: Removing Fenders

Remove the tire
remove the fender well plastic liners inside
2 bolts down near rocker panel
one tiny screw when you open the door near the hinges. ( small tab coming off fender, you'll see it.)
Couple holding on the bumper
there is a metal bracket behind the headlights, its a long piece of metal.
5 screws up top, you need to remove the ones going through the lower portion of the hood hinge bracket.

Thats pretty much all of them.

Re: Removing Fenders

They need to get the edit button to work with FF3...

Look into these straight from GM..

Not how in that picture they flare out. Also come with holes pre-drilled for side markers and GM offical parts. So fitment will be dead on. I have a set of the 2000 fenders myself.
