Nissan quality. Is it good?

The old Nissan cars were incredible. Built like tanks, they almost never broke down. There are many near me, 15 - 20 years old. My old Micra was 14 years old and was in almost the same condition that the day it left the factory in Sunderland.

It was an incredible car, built to the best quality and design, I had no intention of buying anything other than Nissan.

So, I bought a new Micra.

So far:
Cigarette lighter broke
Windshield wipers broke
Back shelf broke
Windshield wipers broke again
Back shelf needed repair
Stereo broke
Door lock broke
Plastic cover on trunk broke
Wing mirror fell off
Rocket cover blown in engine

This car has only 18,000 miles on it.

Is this normal with Nissan? I know they're using Renault parts now, but even still, this is unbelievable!
