05 Grand Cherokee dash questions

My newly purchased 05 Grand Cherokee has what looks like one or two dash lights out on the heater control. The left & center dials are not lit at night. The furthest right does have what looks like a bulb illuminating the dial.

I need to know the procedure for removing the panel so that I can get in behind to replace the bulb(s). I did see a video on a MyGig replacement and it looks like the trough above the shifter has a couple of screws to remove to pull the trough. Is this how I start?
