power locks dont work 88 k1500 sle

Hello, I just bought this truck and everything works except for the power locks. I checked for a fuse and I was not able to locate one. I was wondering if I need to replace the switches or do u think I have a power issue,

I have checked the breaker and also swapped it with the same breaker for the power windows with no luck. I have looked at the wiring diagrahm and its as clear as mud. any suggestions would be appreciated.oh ya the windows work with either breaker
