if you drill out the electric choke element,and remove the key so that you can rotate the element you can make a slight adjustment to reduce the choke force....these parts may not be that available now if you want to replace...
I actually did this and it worked...don't like wheels spinning wheels on ice because of a bad choke..
I just noticed you said 2000rpm....on high speed choke, I believe this should be 1400rpm....
