my heater was working fine when i cut the car off,woke up the next morning about 10 degrees out ,heater would not work at all smelled a funny smell under tha hood .anyone know what the problem could be thanks.

Blower motor may not be able to turn- maybe frozen- by ice, snow etc- brushes may be smoking on armature- or you may have faulty connections that are melting due to pulling lots of amps (from a worn out blower motor)- best thing to do is try tapping on blower motor- see if it starts - or pull it out enough to spin it, or warm it up- like in a garage and see if it starts. If tapping on it works- then you are most likely due for a new blower motor soon.
