94 clutch pedal switch
94 doesn't want to start unless clutch pedal is pressed all the way to the floor board, is there a adjustment on this switch? Buddies truck so I haven't looked at it yet.

i have to have to push my clutch to the floor before i can start mine. it's for safety you wouldn't it to start in gear do you?

I'm sure there's some adjustment available. My Escort has the same thing and there is a litltle black box with a plunger coming out of it. If you don't want to be bothered anymore with it there is 1 wire running into it and 1 wire running out of it, so just scrape some insulaton off of the wires and run another wire around the switch. I agree. It's not needed. I bypassed mine in the possible scenario of being stalled on a train crossing with a train coming and not being able to get if off the tracks with the starter.
