99 Grand Marquis: Drive Belt Removal

She was diagnosed w/ a bad-bearing in her idler pulley, which looks/sounds like a simple-enough job HOWEVER, I'm having difficulty figuring out exactly how to move ("rotate") the tensioner arm, to get the serpentine belt off. Alldata goes into GREAT detail-- They explain it in ONE step "Rotate the tensioner clockwise and remove the drive belt."(???!!!) Well, I knew THAT-- but, HOW?!
I read a post re: a 1996 Crown Vic, in-whch way2old mentioned a 1/2" "square hole" somewhere ABOVE the tensioner pulley but, I see no such thing... Of course, the eng config on a '96 may have been quite different from my '99. Help, please!

Click here for a picture of the tensioner. It is for a CV, but it will be the same. Note the square hole on the back of the pulley.
