Good Online Parts Stores

What are some good online parts stores that sell Ford parts. I keep hearing them mentioned in various threads but I have yet to find any doing a google search. Thanks.

Re: Good Online Parts Stores

Probably can't beat www.rockauto.com. Prices usually best, I ordered a new overflow tank last Friday, they shipped it from TX on Monday and got it Thursday.

Watch RA's shipping....they ship from many locations and it adds up quick. I've added some small items (which I removed from the order) and the shipping was increased drastically!

Re: Good Online Parts Stores

Good point about multiple shipping points. The single part I ordered was shipped from Texas, not Wisconsin.

Re: Good Online Parts Stores

I once used AutoPartsGiant.com, but never again. Took them 3+ weeks to get me my parts. It became a joke around the office where Rock Auto was the recommendation. I kept calling and they kept telling me they had shipped the items - but they didn't have a UPS tracking number. Then after about 10 business days they finally gave me the tracking number, but it turned out UPS still didn't have it in their possession (merchants apparently can buy blocks of tracking numbers well in advance of ever shipping anything). When I finally DID get the parts, they arrived in a detergent box (Dove?). One item was a rubber FelPro oil pan gasket. The long, flat, rectangular Felpro box was crushed and stuffed into the Dove box with the gasket rolled into a ball and thrown on top. The other item was in there too in it's own box. Bad experience. Won't order from them ever again...
