Question Serpentine Belt 1999 Concorde

Want change A/C Serpentine belt it has a tentioner this one is not the problem! The Alternator and power steering is a seperate belt is there a tensioning bolt on the alternator or on the power steering pump or on the idler. Maybe someone out there can help me out.

As far as i know the tensioning bolt is on the idler pulley. it should work the same way as the one for the a/c compressor
