RSX type-S turbo installation

Aight i have a bunch of friends who sit around and talk about how awesome their cars are and how much they know about cars...i think that they are all full of shit...some people have told me that to turbo an RSX that you need to pull the engine. Is this really necessary or are they just talking out of their ass...?

No, I don't believe you do. Take a look at some of the installation instructions that are available for download on the internet (GREDDY...). Most require that you remove bumpers and such for intercoolers, but I've never seen one where you have to remove the entire engine!
