Unhappy 2000 Dodge Ram idle issues

When i first start my truck it doesnt stay running, i have to give it gas to stay running. sometimes it will start up ok and it dont matter if it is hot or cold. i notice it wrose in cold weather. after i run a two or more miles it will stay idling even at stop lights. then if i shut it down it may or may not start up and idle likeit is soppose to. I cleaned the throttle body but it did not help the problem. any ideas?

Pobably the IAC on back of TB. Take it off and clean it and the bore it goes into on the TB. Some times works. I have seen this issue with the TPS also.
