cold start problem

replaced UIM and think i have coolant loss problem fixed, but cold start problem is still there. couple things i have seen or what i have to do to get it started.

car sat for couple days before UIM was replaced and i noticed i had no fuel pressure when relieving it to take fuel rail off. this normal after couple days of sitting?

i have to put my foot to the floor and put the car into clean out mode while cranking and then let off while cranking and it starts to stumble then start. whats this??

map sensor light is on, i found several cracked rubber vacuum line end pieces split at the connection, will start with replacing all rubber ends if i can get them all if not might have to use some dorman adapters or something.
