If the transmission on an `04 24v Taurus was overfilled then driven a short distance would that cause the transmission dipstick to back out of the tube and spew transmission fluid?

I would doubt it!Saw your post as I searched a replacement trans for 95 SHO-Taurus. Any ideas? Good luck on getting the fluids strait |

Overfilling the transmission causes it to foam, this will lead to it coming out the dipstick.
