cold start issues with 05 hemi ram

i have a 05 hemi ram 1500 that has a cold start issue. it has been to the dealer several times, to have a list of things changed to correct the problem. the list is as follows; crank sensor, two catylitics converters, freezing the ecm,compression test, computer scan,cold temp sensor,o2 sensors, iac. the chrysler techs are at ropes end with this as well you can imagine i am. it cranks and sounds like the timing is advanced or retarded. but timing is correct.what can i do next? please help.

1st i would get a partial refund ...all that work and not repaired??
do you have any codes? how is fuel prerssure? sure sounds like iac take that off and clean it could be fuel pump getting weak
