largest tire on stock 14" rim
Gotta get some winter tires for my 97 civic dx and found some cheap ones, but they are P195/70R14 and stock is P185/65R14. You guys think they'll fit?

They will be fine. Speedo will be off a bit, but not by much. 195/70 is a tad wider and taller.
