2001 bonneville

i have a 2001 bonneville 3800 sse the problen is there are no electric working in the car the battery is good i had it checked---when i turn the ignition switch i get nothing---even the horn doesnt work also when i turn the ignition back i cant get the key out it wont turn back futher enought for me to pull the key out--can someone help me thanks--everything was working last week what seems to be the problem
