SPDELX Trim, and 70,000 miles

Everyone, I hope all is well. I have two quick questions. They are very basic, but I couldn't find anything on Google. I'm looking into buying an '03 Santa Fe.

Is there a difference between the "SPDELX" trim and "LX" trim, or are they both the same?

An '03 with 70,000 miles on it... Are there any "well-known" problems at this mileage among current Santa Fe owners.

Since I'm just entering the market for this car, I know very little about them. I'm researched as much as I could online but still have these questions.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Don't know what an SPDELX trim is. There was only the GL, GLS, and LX. LX being the top of the line. I don't recall there being any special editions or anything that it could stand for. Just make sure the car has been maintained. At 70k miles, timing belt should have been changed, along with transmission and coolant services. Spark plugs would also be wise by then as well.
