Check thermostat, coolant level, maybe even have the system flushed...

With a new radiator you know its clean, but doesnt mean the heater core aint plugged. Make sure your coolant level is full first, then go from there. Next I would lean towards thermostat.

Re: How to get my van to blow hot air

Follow the big antifreeze line on the top left of the radiator to a thermostat housing. It will be in the front if the engine and have a bowl or dome shape to it held down by two bolts. Not sure on the manual,, If you trust Chiltons or Hayes books there accessible at any parts store. Cardboard is tacky, but if your somewhere it gets really cold like here in Alaska where Im at, It works great!!!

Re: How to get my van to blow hot air

Sounds like your heater core may be partially clogged . You only get warm air because the flow through the heater core isn't sufficient to totally heat the air . I had the same problem for years in my old truck . Replacing the heater core solved the problem .

Re: How to get my van to blow hot air

Try back flushing the heater core. That worked for me a couple times.
